1Quality standards and acceptance?
1. Quality Standard: It is required to meet both the implementation standard IPC-Class and the sample quality standard confirmed by the customer.For the PCBA product.
2. Acceptance criteria: The 5 samples confirmed by the customer after trial production shall prevail (5 samples need to be completely consistent). If the customer has no written quality objection within 15 days after delivery, the product quality shall be qualified. For the PCBA product. 3. For the total hardware product, we usually give a year warranty for our customers. and after one year, we will charge some fees for the parts, also we can train your engineers and you can make your after-sale service locally.
After-sales and warranty
1. We are committed to the quality responsibility of all purchased electronic materials (except for the customer's designated suppliers) and assembly, packaging, testing, and other processing.
2. We always ensure that the purchased electronic materials are genuine and meet the quality requirements. If the materials purchased by us or the process or assembly causes the quality of the products, the traceability period is one year from the date of acceptance of the customer (one year warranty)
