A. Market positioning

MIV Solutions and customers determine the design cooperation, we will arrange marketing personnel and designers to communicate with customers specifically, clarify the customer's design content, requirements and product design goals should be achieved.

B. Market research

Market research is an indispensable step in the designer ’s design development. This process requires industrial designers to understand the market situation of the product, the status of the product ’s competitors, the stage of the product ’s life cycle, and the opinions of users and sellers on the product. . These are the basis for design positioning and design creation.

C. Discussion finalization

The designer put together the sketch plan and collectively discuss the final plan. At this time, the plan will be more detailed, including product color scheme, material technology, use interface scheme and even product architecture. Structural engineers will also intervene and put forward some constructive opinions on the feasibility of the plan, such as structural realization, problems with demoulding, product strength, matching of internal structure and appearance, etc.


First of all, 3 styles of 2D or 3D renderings of different styles will be designed for customers to review. If the 2D and 3D renderings provided by MIV Solutions are not approved by the customer, the customer needs to make specific optimization and modification suggestions based on the review record. MIV Solutions will cooperate with optimization and modification within three times until the customer is satisfied. E. Structural design/Mechanic designs

After the customer approves the design plan, MIV Solutions 's structural engineers or related personnel cooperate with the customer to complete the structural design within the specified time. We will fully consider some factors, including the feasibility, rationality of the structure, mold manufacturing cost, speed, assembly and finished product production process. The structural design drawings provided by MIV Solutions are fully confirmed by customers before providing 2D conversion services, and the project is closed.
